Author Virginia Postrel (off-site)

This event features author Virginia Postrel and her book, The Fabric of Civilization: How Textiles Made the World. Sponsored by White Oak Legacy Foundation, the UNCG Bryan School of Business and Economics, Consumer, Apparel, and Retail Studies, and Revolution Mill.

The event takes place in the Atrium at historic Revolution Mill, where White Oak Legacy Foundation's new exhibit on indigo dyeing and denim innovation will be on display until March 30, 2022. The event is free. A reception for the author will follow the talk. Sunrise Books will be on site providing books for purchase.
